We then identify practical improvements and create a prioritized roadmap for carrying them out. The client can implement the roadmap independently or engage nAblement to support the next stage.

A Boutique Law Firm
nAblement conducted a firmwide workflow assessment for a boutique law firm. We interviewed every member of the firm and observed the work where possible. Each process was documented as employees described it and turned into a detailed workflow diagram. This gave the firm one clear record of how work moves through the practice, including the places where different employees described the same process differently.
What nAblement delivered
The final report included 16 workflow diagrams and six recommendations scheduled from October 2026 through March 2027. Each recommendation explained:

- 04The expected price with supporting sources
- 05A week-by-week implementation schedule
- 06The training required for each employee

Result
Several of the recommendations are configuration changes to software the firm already paid for. The partners put the recoverable time at more than 30 hours a week, and the roadmap is written so the firm can act on it without hiring nAblement.
