Consulting / How It Works
What happens before, during, and after the assessment
The process combines preparation, onsite research, engineering analysis, and a practical implementation roadmap.
01Pre-Arrival
Discovery and Planning
We review the company's organizational structure, current systems, major workflows, and business priorities. This allows us to determine who should participate, which processes require the closest attention, and how the two onsite days should be organized.
02Onsite
Two days inside the business
Our engineers meet with leadership and the employees completing the work. We observe the tools they use and the handoffs from one part of the process to the next, and we document the real workflow, including the informal steps and workarounds that never appear in written procedures.
03Analysis
Value and feasibility
We work out where time and money are being lost and where more could be earned. Then we cost what it would take to address each opportunity.
04Delivery
Roadmap and presentation
The final report explains which opportunities should be considered first and why. Each recommendation includes the problem, proposed solution, workflow impact, estimated cost, expected return, and implementation requirements.
