01Your environment
Software runs in your cloud account or on your infrastructure. Code, documents, communications, and data remain in your systems throughout the engagement. Production data is not copied outside your environment, and development and testing use synthetic or masked data.
02Controlled access
Each person works through a named account with multi-factor authentication. Integrations use dedicated credentials limited to the access they need, and secrets are stored in a vault, never in code. Activity is logged, and you can change or revoke our access at any time.
03Tested before delivery
We verify that the software meets the agreed requirements through acceptance testing. When we maintain a system, we patch vulnerabilities in its dependencies and keep tested backups. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
